In an evocative 2022 interview with KosovaPress, Aleksandar Arsenijevic, the formidable leader of the Civic Initiative ‘Serbian Survival’ turned political party ‘Srpska Demokratija’, fiercely criticised the notion that Russia’s aggressive tactics in Ukraine could destabilise the Balkans.
